Payment:

We accept major credit cards through Paypal, money orders, and cashier’s checks (domestic shipments only). Personal and business checks are also accepted, however, your item will be shipped upon bank clearance. Payment is due at the time of purchase through Paypal, with check or money order due within 5 days of purchase.

If payment is not received in the time frame outlined above, item will be placed back into inventory and once again offered for sale.

Custom Orders:

Custom orders require a 50% deposit before being started and the remaining 50% when the item is complete.

Shipping:

Items are shipped via US Priority Mail insured or UPS Ground insured, depending on the size and weight of the item. We ship often so you will receive your item promptly!

Returns:

As our items are individually hand made, they are not returnable. We make every effort to disclose any imperfections on our vintage items. Please ask questions before you make your purchase, as all sales are final. Purchase with confidence; you are encouraged to check my Ebay feedback.

Dishnchips will not share your name, address, telephone number, or email address with any third party. We respect your privacy, and use this information only to process your order. Paypal is a secure and encrypted payment provider, your privacy is protected by Paypal’s secure servers.
